We celebrate the birth of Jesus at Christmas (even though it is unlikely to be the correct date of his birth).

We remember his death, burial and resurrection at Easter, which moves to follow the Biblical Festival of Passover.

We rejoice at the ascension of Christ

and the outpouring of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost which are linked to the Hebrew festival of weeks.
